WABASHA, MN — Today, the U.S. Postal Service released a set of stamps honoring our national bird, the bald eagle, at the National Eagle Center. The new release features five realistic illustrations of bald eagles at different stages of life by noted ornithologist David Allen Sibley.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Postal Service will observe Memorial Day on Monday, May 25. All Post Office locations will be closed. Regular mail delivery and retail services will resume on Tuesday, May 26.

SWANNANOA, NC — The U.S. Postal Service continues plans to relocate the Swannanoa Post Office, formerly located at 2133 US 70 Hwy, to a yet-to-be-determined location within one mile of the former location. Relocation is being considered because the previous location was damaged beyond repair.
